Talk to the Vidimo team from inside the app

You can now write to us from Contact support in your avatar menu. The conversation stays in the Staff section of Chats, and when we reply you get a push notification, or an email if you haven’t read it after ten minutes. See Contact support.

Alloggiati Web logins checked before they’re needed

When you connect your Alloggiati Web login, Vidimo checks it straight away with a test that files nothing, then again once a day, and whenever you tap Check now. If it stops working, the credential card tells you. See Check your government account.

Reminders for registrations you file yourself

When a guest’s registration is waiting for you to file it, you now get a push naming the guest and the deadline, and a reminder 3 hours before it. Mark as filed manually stops the reminders. See Filing status on each reservation.

Your property as an app on your guests’ phones

After check-in, the stay page offers to sit on the guest’s home screen as your property’s own app, with your name, logo and colour, and the steps for their phone.

Smaller improvements and fixes

  • A new booking takes your property’s check-out time.
  • The task drawer fits the task: step by step when it has steps, one Mark done button when it doesn’t.
  • Today no longer stalls when you move to another day or check a guest in.
  • A save that didn’t go through is no longer shown as saved.
  • Signing out or switching accounts clears the phone’s local data.
  • Rate updates no longer run into your channel manager’s per-minute limit.

Set nightly rates from the Calendar

You can now see and change rates in a new Rates view in the Calendar tab. Tap a night or a span to edit the price, minimum stay, check-in and check-out rules, and whether it’s on sale. A run of edits reaches your channels as one update. Settings → Activity shows each change, whether your channels took it, and lets you undo it. Owners can set a lowest price no edit goes under. See Pricing.

Guests see their bill, and pay it

A guest signed in to their stay page now sees Your bill: charges, tourist tax, what they’ve paid and what’s left. With card payments on, a Pay button settles the balance before checkout, without a link from you. See The guest can also pay without a link.

See the stay page change as you edit it

The Guest portal editor now shows the guest’s stay page beside the fields, changing as you type. See Guest portal.

Parking, on a map

Guests see where to park on a map, right on the stay page, and AI reply drafts answer “where do I park?” from your parking details. See Parking.

Check-in improvements

  • A guest who still has check-in steps left gets the invitation again two days before arrival. See Guest emails.
  • Guests pick their country from a searchable list with flags.
  • Guests are told who holds their ID data and why, where they hand it over.
  • WiFi details show from arrival day, as the stay page promises.

Smaller improvements and fixes

  • You can pick a guest’s nationality from every country.
  • Calendar months are named in your device’s language.
  • Your brand colour stays legible on the stay page in dark mode.
